If you receive the order and it doesn't fit, we'll remake you one in your size, free of charge.

The Process
Confirm your ring size: We no longer provide Howlet Finger Sizers. Instead, we recommend visiting your local jeweller to have your finger professionally measured. This is the best way to ensure an accurate and comfortable fit.
Get in touch with Jane: Once you've confirmed your correct ring size, email jane@crookedhowletdesigns.com with your order number and the size you need. Jane will guide you through the exchange process and provide any necessary instructions.
Send your ring back: Once your exchange has been confirmed, securely package your ring and post it to the return address provided below. We'll then get to work on remaking your ring in your new size and shipping it back to you.
Please note: Engraved rings are not eligible for size exchanges.
