Our returns and exchange policy is exclusively on unworn rings. We understand that a long time may often go past before you have the chance to return the item. You may be overseas or life just happens. So we don't want to limit our customers to within time period. Just get in touch as soon as possible and as long as the piece is returned unworn, then we can process that for you. 

If the piece does not live up to your expectations and you not interested in exchanging for another design, we can also process an order refund for you. The piece must be returned unworn and undamaged.
